Made 200 Manufacturers Feel Seen
(& gave the NMA a year of Marketing Content)
The Challenge
Darla Price, Executive Director of the Northumberland Manufacturers' Association, had been relying on staff and volunteers with phones to capture their annual Manufacturing Conference. The result was inconsistent snapshots that didn't reflect the quality and energy of the event, leaving the NMA without the professional content needed to market to sponsors, celebrate attendees, or promote the 2027 conference.
The Process
Orbit Creative photographed the full day at the 2026 Manufacturing Conference in Cobourg, Ontario. Coverage included keynote speakers, panel discussions, workshop sessions, networking moments, and candid group shots of the 200+ attendees. Photos were optimized for social media and email distribution. 169 photos and time lapse videos delivered within one week.
The Results
The NMA now has a professional content library for 2026 and 2027 marketing. Photos were shared with Directors, sponsors, speakers and attendees, many of whom passed them along internally and used them in their own LinkedIn posts and on their websites. As Darla put it: "Pro photography elevated the event and gave us marketing content for years to come, and it was a great way to make members and speakers feel seen and included."
Instagram post helps GoodLot hire new employees.
Phil used one of our shots to recruit a delivery driver. The post was shared 30 times on Instagram and successfully filled both that position, and a front-of-house manager role for the brewery's retail location.
